We offer the option of having all items custom framed with our partner image kind. They make custom framing easy. v     Orders can be placed online using imagekind's check our secure check cart. 

Our typical lead time varies on size of the order. Orders of up to 10 framed items usually require 15 business days from date of order placement. Orders up to 50 pieces require 4 weeks processing time from date of order placement. Volume orders over 50 pieces require 4-6 weeks depending on the size of the order. Request for rush orders will be evaluated on a case by case basis and additional rush fees will apply.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Pay-Pal & company checks.

Depending on the size of the order we will either individually box or palletize our products for shipment via commercial carrier. Packaging fees will be determined at time of shipment based on the size and quantity of the order.

Once production has begun on any order, there can be no changes in quantity or design allowed. If unforeseen events require the cancellation of a commissioned or site –specific item after production has begun, the buyer will forfeit the 50% non refundable deposit.

We are confident in the quality and reliability of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your art, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the prints purchase price.

v     Return any item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the price of your print.

v     Shipping charges are non refundable.

v     You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Of course, on the rare occasion that your art is damaged on arrival, we will immediately ship an identical replacement to you at no charge.

Returns  are easy….

v     Fill out the return information on the back of your packing slip and send it back with your item.

v     Keep the order number for your records – it will be used to reference your order if you call us.

v     Use of the original packing materials is required when returning your order.

       Once we receive your return we will refund your card for the price of the print.

v     Business and trade orders, no refunds once productions starts.

v     Never accept  damaged packages .
